Matter of Disputes and Jurisdictional Aspects
Any legal dispute pertaining to Reef Technologies shall only be handled within Delhi's borders. All legal matters are governed by the relevant laws that are in effect in New Delhi and are exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi-based courts.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of India apply to this agreement as well as any disagreement or issue resulting from the usage of Reef Technologies. By this agreement, the client and the business submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Delhi, India, courts.
The whole understanding between you and Reef Technologies on the use of services is contained in this agreement, which you accept when using the services and further validate by becoming a client of Reef Technologies.
